Alfie has come to the shelter because there were too many cats in his home. He wasn't a fan of sharing his territory so he was moving himself into other homes around the neighbourhood. This became a problem because he needs daily grooming and medication.

Alfie is a lovely big boy who adores human company. He does flop like a Ragdoll when you pick him up but he doesn't actually enjoy it, rather just puts up with it! He has issues with his digestion and needs daily medication to keep him pooping regularly. Also his magnificent coat needs lots of maintenance to avoid matting. Alfie needs to be the only pet in the home and have some safe outdoor access.

Due to Alfie's medical needs he is part of our Care for Life foster program.
