Cruz ---- Shy but snuggly

Cruz has come to the shelter because after his owner passed away, he went to live with a family member but they were unable to manage his care longterm.

Cruz is a wary chap. He is nervous around strangers and new situations, so all these changes after losing his owner have been very unsettling for him. When he has gained trust in you, he is a loving, affectionate friend who loves tummy rubs and cuddles. Although he has shared his home with another cat in the past, he much prefers to be your one and only. Cruz may be ok with older, quiet children but it will depend on the situation. He likes his outdoor time so will need some safe outdoor access.
