Mischief Phoenix ---- Rising from the ashes

Mischief Phoenix was rescued from a home by another rescue. She had been left to live outside, unable to walk, severely obese, and fur so badly matted it was tearing at her skin. She came to us so we could get her the best vet care and hopefully give her a shot at finding a loving home.

Despite her difficult life Mischief is a very happy girl. She loves hanging out with people and gets really excited for a good brushing. Her mobility is extremely limited, she has severe arthritis throughout her entire body and has deformed front legs. This doesn't stop her though, when she wants to get somewhere she does her best to move as fast as she can! Mischief is a special girl, looking for an even more special home. She is on arthritis medications and a very strict diet to try and get some weight off her, which will help her mobility longterm. She would be best set up in 1 room, with all her belongings close by so she doesn't have to walk too far for her litter trays, food and water.

Due to her age and health needs Mischief Phoenix is part of our Care for Life foster program.
