Maximus was surrendered to us with his buddy Zowie due to their people moving into a rental down south that sadly wouldn't allow pets.
Maximus is a gorgeous grey guy who loves to speak in purrs when he feels comfortable. He can be quite nervous around new people but once he gets to know you, he's super affectionate and charming. Maximus is very food-motivated and enjoys being brushed. He trusts his fur sister Zowie a lot, so Maximus won't be too far behind wherever she is.
Maximus is best suited to a home with no other pets and no children due to his nervous nature. He likes indoor and outdoor access in a safe neighbourhood, ideally with few cat neighbours as he has been in fights in the past. Maximus hunts birds, mice and insects so they wont be homed near wildlife/bird sanctuaries. He can also go home with a smart collar.
