Thena -- Ready to flourish

Thena was surrendered to us from Rachel's Rescue as they had no luck rehoming her while in foster. Thena and her kittens were found in December 2022 and since then a family has worked really hard to socialise Thena so she has the best shot at a new life.

Thena is a sweet wee girl who can be quite nervous and shy at first, but once she feels safe, seeks out pats and cuddles. Thena is still learning to trust humans so she would really flourish in a home that has a lot of time and patience to put into her. Thena enjoys the company of other cats (apparently male cats) so a friendly cat buddy would be awesome for her. Since being rescued, she has only lived inside, and tests have also been inconclusive as to whether she is FIV positive, so an indoor-only home is needed. Thena would not do well in a home with children or dogs due to her timid temperament.

Due to her possible FIV status, Thena is eligible to go home as a medical foster.
