Cordelia was surrendered to us by another rescue. Before her year and a half stay with this rescue, she lived predominantly outside, under the house, for about 6 years. We want to find this lady a new home that will show her what being a loved house cat is all about!
Cordelia is very head shy, doesn't like to be picked up and can be skittish. What she does love, though, is head booping, gentle pats down her back and words of affirmation <3. She will be the very best companion cat once she has built that trust with a special person/people.
Due to her past, it would be best if she were an indoor-only cat to begin with, so a home with this kind of set-up and a patient attitude and a chilled manner would be perfect. She should be the only pet and would not do well with children.
