Anya was very reluctantly surrendered due to Anya finding the family's young child very stressful. Her family tried absolutely everything to reduce her stress but evidently, Anya would be a lot happier in a home with no children and no future ones on the cards.
She has been described as kind, patient and affectionate, who loves nothing more than to be with her special person. She enjoys sleeping with you, on you, as long as you're there, she's on board. Anya has a benign neurological tremor, which her previous owners spent thousands trying to get to the bottom of, but in the end, it is just a part of her cool character that doesn't affect her quality of life. She also has early renal changes, but is managed well with food. Anya enjoys following you around the house and chirping when her food bowl needs topping up, and will occasionally play with her favourite toys - colourful springs!
Anya is looking for a calm home with 1-2 special people who enjoy routine. She needs to be the only light in someone's life with no future pets or children to come in her lifetime. She would happily be an indoor-only cat as long as there is enough company.
Anya is a medical foster due to the early renal changes and her anxiety.
