Shark -- Chilled-out retiree
10+ years
16 years | Female | Senior foster | Affectionate | Friendly
Shark has been surrendered to us as her owners are moving overseas.
Shark can be shy at first, but when she gets to know you, she is a very snuggly girl. She loves head and chin tickles and will dribble when she's really happy. Shark has lived in a rural area, so may not be too traffic savvy. She does enjoy her outdoor time, so her ideal retirement home would need to be a property with a secure outdoor area or be in a very low-traffic area.
Shark is very fearful of dogs and is wary of other cats, so a home where she is the only pampered pet would be best. She's just looking for a chilled-out retirement with indoor/outdoor access. Shark is a hunter of birds.
As an older lady, Shark has very recently been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, and will be a senior foster in our Care For Life foster program. There is no fee for Fostering Shark.
