This loving senior girl has been surrendered to us as her people are moving overseas and she can't go with them. She has previously travelled with them from Australia, but her age and uncertainty around living arrangements mean that this time she has to stay behind.
Winifred is a lady who knows her own mind. She can often be found napping outdoors in the sunshine during the day or exploring her surroundings before coming inside at night to sleep on a nice warm bed.
She is affectionate on her own terms and does like to have her own space, but will never be far away if her people are working around the house.
Winifred is looking for a home with a safe outdoor space, ideally with a garden or a bit of native bush that she can explore without venturing too far from home. She hasn't been around children in quite a while and would do best with older children who can respect her boundaries. Being quite an independent lady, Winifred doesn't mind how often her people are out of the house as long as they remember to keep her food bowl topped up.
